MakeMKV for videostream to include FEL DV layer/eac3to for the rest!
Chapter timestamps taken from regular Blu-ray with a few adjustments - wasn't able to
find the correct DVD with named scenes, so I used those from chapterDB (NTSC DVD timestamps
and Blu-ray ones been identical)! Lossless commentary audio as FLAC 2.0! Subtitles from
all discs plus some from WEB-DL (.srt converted to .sup), all tonemapped to 60% white!
