Notes:

Now we have new rules that includes x265, where we didn't have any rules
previously. Where does that leave the groups that do dubbed releases of
English movies, typically animation movies dubbed in local language.

We just saw that a DUTCH release got nuked for not having all the zillion
other subs on the source muxed in. So, for this one we have muxed in all
21 subs! What a waste.

Now this release will probably get nuked for having too many audio tracks
muxed in. If that happens, we will just do four releases. Each containing all
21 subs, and each named ..DUBBED. and just having one audio track
muxed into each.

We have been doing this kind of releases for years, and it has never been a
problem before the new ruleset.
