SOURCE.........: The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring 2001 Extended Edition 2160p Remux HEVC DoVi TrueHD 7.1-FraMeSToR

Notes: Diff from CtrlHD: -removed 7 seconds of black screen at the joining point of the 2 discs (already done by remux), making the film continuous as it should be. Because of this the frame numbers in the screenshots won't match CtrlHD anymore after the first disc.
-added Dolby Vision metadata. Even if the discs advertise FEL DV, they have empty enhancement layers. There's no actual video data in them. That means that the enhancement layer can be dropped and just the dynamic metadata can be used in a single layer profile 8.1 Dolby Vision encode without losing anything (Thanks Narkyy for RPU extraction tool). Profile 8.1 Dolby Vision is HDR10 backwards compatible with every device or software that can play mkv. There shouldn't be any of the compatibility issues that profile 7 dual layer has on some devices.
-minor to non existent HDR10 quality improvement. There was nothing wrong quality wise with the CtrlHD encode, this is done mostly for Dolby Vision that brings big differences in scene lighting.
-used the L5.1 high profile and vbv constraints, more b-frames, no rskip 2.
-added the 4 commentary tracks on the discs.
