The 4k Blu-ray (and most likely all others) all had exactly 23 black frames at the start that when removed synced the two video streams, which is where the 959ms negative delay comes from. I did check syncing throughout, including the credits, to ensure no playback issues. Chapters were manually aligned to scene change frames, not necessarily the I-frame, as the WEB source did not tend to have an I-frame there, most were really late, making them not a good source for chapter alignment. Instead of muxing in the audio with a negative delay I losslessly trimmed it. All subs were checked for sync too, which the dialects came from the menu when listed, but also referred to other sources to verify what I put them as, such as the EPSiLON remux.
Even checked if the IMAX scenes would work for doing cut and combine, but they did not align correctly either, but even if they did I would have had to verify that it had no issues due to the HDR metadata being different, possibly from the IMAX scenes.
