Repack due to rule:
10.2.2) Except for features with excessive positional subtitles (e.g. Anime)
which cannot be presented well in SubRip format.
PGS subtitles must be used instead and set as forced and default.

SubRip SRT Subs removed, due to positioning problems and we love quality.
SSA Subs still included fixing all those issue the PGS track had.
1.) Bad PGS font color (gray hard to read).
2.) Bad timing on a lot of lines.
3.) Translation errors.
4.) Missing translations.
5.) Signs/Songs are properly positioned.

It was hard work to fix all this and is a bonus feature not a nuke reason.

- Lower quality AC3 can't be right.
Even HAiKU release contains AC3 which was not on disc and had to be reencoded.

Adding a 2nd dedicated 2.0 track is fine, since both are AC3 and not different
quality from the codec perspective (lossy/lossless) as stated in 8.10.
They even have different audio channels.

SSA Subs are allowed if they are not exclusively forbidden from the rule set
and added in addition not being the primary sub.
They are the de facto standard for subtitles since 2002 and not a technical flaw.

See usage of "e;not allowed"e; in the the rules.
grep "e;not allowed"e; "e;high.definition.x264.and.ultra.high.definition.x265.standards.revision.5.0.nfo"e; | wc -l
46 things not allowed. This means they can be added as a bonus, and are not part of the rule set.

Proof of this is that we are always using the release name as "e;Movie Name:"e;
in the MKV header and it wasn't mentioned in the nukes and it is also not part of the rule set.
