Some long-standing personal and professional feuds are settled in one-round, one-dish winner-takes-all heavyweight battles. In each episode, Darnell stages two different battles between chefs who have beefs with each other to finally bury the hatchet and win $10,000 cash, a prized knife from the losing chef and lifelong bragging rights over their food foe. From food competition rivalries and business partner squabbles to mentor vs. protégé grudges, sparks fly in and out of the kitchen. 
Episode Summary: In the season premiere, host Darnell Ferguson welcomes four culinary masters to the center ring to settle long-standing turf wars and personal hometown rivalries. In the first match, acclaimed Chef Matt Klum calls out his former boss and restaurateur Chef Dana Downs to prove she made a huge mistake letting him go ten years ago. In the second match, the renowned Chef Danny Wilson challenges Food Network Star runner-up Jay Ducote in a head-to-head battle to prove, once and for all, who is the real deal when it comes to Southern cuisine. In the end, judges Catherine McCord and Justin Sutherland choose who will leave the arena with a $10,000 cash prize, a special knife from the losing chef and, most importantly, lifelong bragging rights.
