To remedy this, she seeks the assistance of her assistant, Carl, who proposes a drastic solution to transform Michael into a more acceptable figure for society. Using a mysterious voodoo potion, Michael is stripped of his free will, masculinity, and self-respect, ultimately being transformed into the daughter his mother desires.

The book contains themes of hormones, mind control, forced feminization, salons, and period fashion, and is rated "R" for sexual situations. It consists of 70 pages with 25 color illustrations.
