Playboy is an American men's magazine established in 1953 in Chicago by Hugh Hefner and his associates. Initially financed by a$1,000 loan from Hefner's mother, it features photographs of nude women alongside journalism and fiction. Over the years, it has evolved into Playboy Enterprises, Inc., becoming one of the most recognized brands globally. The magazine is published in various nation-specific versions worldwide, in addition to its flagship U.S. edition. The June 2016 issue was published by Playboy Enterprises International, Inc., and is available in PDF format with 124 pages.
