Notes：
* Overview：Quite good BD quality just with few blocking and banding problems. Fixed them and zoned for high bit rates. The source is a very grainy source therefore bit rate was a bit higher in order to achieve decent transparency. The encode(21.5Mb/s) is 67.2% of source(32Mb/s).
* Source Selection：Compared 2011 MGM BD and 2019 USA Shout Factory 4K Remaste BD.4K Remaster BD has awesome color with more details as you can see in PmP's comparison images. So choose the superior USA Shout Factory 4K Remaste BD source for encoding.
* Filters：Some frames were debanded and deblocked by f3kdb and Deblock_QED.
* Zones：The debanding and deblocking scenes are zoned for higher bit rates. Frames from 1 to 1261 are logo and intro.Frames from 165358 to 169572 are ending credit scene (text only). Those frames are both zoned for lower bit rates.
* Audio：Shout Factory had fake padded 16-bit audio so used main audio from MGM release which is true 24-bit DTS-HD MA. Transformed to 5.1ch DD+ @1024kb/s. Choose 2019 USA Shout Factory 4K Remaste BD's commentary track and transformed to AAC.
* Subtitles：English subtitles are OCRed and Chinese subtitles are from Opensubtitles.org and checked. Thanks all the source providers!
* Comparisons ：Compared with c0kE's encode. His work had bad resizing. The resolutionis should be 1920x1038. c0kE's encode did the insignificant dirty lines fixed. In fact the top and bottom lines are accepable and there is no need to use any filter. c0kE's encode did not deal with the banding and blocking problems and has some detail loss especially in dark and moving scenes.Some frames are lack of bit rates so blocks generated.
