Demuxed video with MakeMKV, rest with eac3to. Commentary from the SF disc converted to 23.976.
Spellings changed from British to American in the OCRed Arrow subtitle, as there's only 3-4 of them, and it's an American title.
Subtitles from the MGM Blu-ray were tonemapped to match the UHD.
Arrow and Shout Factory are sourced from the same scan, and have the same Dolby Vision grade, but the new encode is a significant upgrade.
LaserDisc audio is a nice upgrade over already acceptable quality tracks on the Blu-rays, which have filtering in both low and high frequencies, and are lossy transcodes.
