Reason for manually generating DV: No official studio DV exists.
The studio HDR10+ was removed and replaced with my generated HDR10+ because I found the studio version lacking.
DV/HDR10+ generating process: HEVC stream was extracted from the source MKV, converted to prores 422HQ (qscale=3), and imported into Davinci Resolve Studio 18.6. Scenes were detected in Resolve. Tuning analysis setting for DV algorithm was set to 1 (Most Highlight Detail/Most Mapping). Mastering Display setting was matched to the Base Layer (1000-nit, BT.2020). Output blanking was set to match the 1.78 aspect ratio (T0/B0). DV (v4.0, Rec.2020) and HDR10+ analyzed in Resolve and exported. HDR10+, then DV injected into base layer source and remuxed.
AC-3 (Compatibility Track) was generated with EAC3to from the primary audio track.
