Story Summary:
The narrative begins immediately after the events of Urotsukidoji III. Survivors from the Azuma kingdom, which faced genocide, embark on a journey in a futuristic tank towards Osaka. Their aim is to confront the Overfiend and confront their destinies. During their travels, they encounter a bizarre civilization where children dominate adults. Amano Jyaku takes on the challenge of rescuing his friends from this oppressive environment ruled by the malevolent Ellis.

Meanwhile, Sui Kaka Ju's sister, Yoenhime, invokes Munhihausen, who transforms her into the formidable Yoenki, seeking vengeance for her brother's death at the hands of Amano. Munhihausen, however, harbors his own secret motives. The climax of the Urotsukidoji saga unfolds in Osaka, where Kiojo, the innocent Himi, and the Chojin converge.
