The game continues the story from "Princess Trainer" and "Magic Shop." The protagonist, a genie from Aladdin, accidentally transports to Hogwarts and loses their powers. Severus Snape decides it is best for the genie to stay in Dumbledore's office until a way to return home is found, which may take time. To alleviate boredom, the genie considers persuading Hermione to help, especially since she is causing trouble for Snape, potentially in exchange for house points. Gameplay primarily consists of dialogue with limited computer graphics, requiring significant effort to achieve any rewards. The humor in the game is appreciated, leading to multiple playthroughs to discover hidden elements. Although AKABUR announced that "Witch Trainer" was complete, the game had numerous bugs. The current version by Shaz addresses these bugs, introduces new events, and improves dialogue management. Additionally, a Russian edition is available, with all new content now in English. The game operates on the Ren'Py Visual Novel Engine, compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux, and can be run on Linux using Wine.
